Data we process
The name, company, email, phone and cargo details you enter in the enquiry form, and our email and phone correspondence with you.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to prepare a quote and to conclude or perform a transport contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to meet accounting and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 12 months. Contract documents are kept for as long as the law requires.
Recipients
We share data only with the carriers, customs brokers and service providers (such as website hosting) needed to perform your shipment. We never sell data.
Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
